Trendwatching: Teeth
As designers of the future we also have to watch trends. This time we look at trends in human development. We noticed there is a big difference between the skulls of Neanderthals and our own skull, the skull of the Homo sapiens. The picture below shows this difference very precise:

Notice how the teeth are moving more inward? If we look at the total development from ape to human we see this phenomenon take place every step.
Darwinists as we are, we believe this happens because all our food is made in a way we don’t need to chew anymore. Ultimately, we don’t need teeth anymore.

For us, Designers, this is very important, because this means a huge change in human behaviour. We have to chew less and we also have to brush less teeth, which both saves a tremendous amount of time. Also, the process of shaving will be very different.
