In 2010 Les Oiseaux de Merde started the NGO Socks 4 Africa. After a year of hard work, we managed to raise 4 pairs of socks. In 2011 it was finally the time to deliver the socks. We have never seen African people so happy.
By the end of 2012 we want to have raised at least 12 pairs of socks. Believe in the impossible and donate your socks! There is no better way to redeem yourself from your feeling of guilt towards the Africans!

Les Oiseaux de Merde works together with the Dutch cultural magazine Hard Hoofd on a better future for this planet. How this is related to our dazzling product analyses is still unclear. Hard Hoofd decided to call us product testers [Dutch], which we aren’t actually. We take our job very serious and we try to figure out new meanings of new products that are so far not disclosed with the product itself. Watch and give us your vision.

Plastic bag durable sustainability analysis
We are still working on the report. As shown in the video the flame cannot burn down the plastic bag. In other words, the bag is resistant to anything. It is to early to draw any conclusion, but we can already conclude that this was an interesting research we did about plastic bags. Therefore we stop writing about the plastic bag. Soon we will publish a full featured report including this extensive analysis about the plastic bag.
Toothbrush competition analysis
We are still working on the report. But we can already conclude that the toothbrushes we tested are extremely aggressive as shown in this video. Maybe you cannot see it immediately, but sometimes, toothbrushes are extremely dangerous.
Again we cannot cannot conclude anything because we are still working on an extensive report. Soon to be found on this website.
Vacuum Cleaner
Vacuum cleaners are very sustainable, but we prefer unsustainable vacuum cleaners. Because they have more power. It seems that the we could only do our test with one vacuum cleaner. We can conclude that they don’t have enough power yet. Please contact us if we can do a power test for your product.
